Knowledge Democratized
Vedantu is an ambitious step towards realizing our dream of a world with openness of knowledge. A world where education will be free from boundaries of institutions and curriculum, where there will be democracy of knowledge creation and consumption.
Knowledge, probably, is the fastest growing phenomenon in the world. Over the ages, human knowledge has grown from simple understanding of how fire is made to complex technology behind harnessing unimaginable energy from something as small as atom! With increasing complexity, creation of new knowledge invariably requires multiple brains to collaborate with each other.
Lone geniuses are out, collaboration is in!
With ever growing knowledge comes the requirement of storing the same in an organized way, which also makes the retrieval and sharing of knowledge possible as par the requirement.
With these obvious observations, Vedantu is being created to make the process of collaborative knowledge creation - knowledge organization - and knowledge retrieval as efficient as possible. Vedantu aims to weave an environment, where learners will have all the tools to assess their academic proficiency and learn at their own pace with their preferred methodology/modality.
A dream this big requires in depth understanding of knowledge dynamics and deep technology expertise. First phase of Vedantu will soon get active and we intend to understand your knowledge requirements better through your usage. We want to keep development of Vedantu as collaborative as possible, something we stand for. We look forward to touch base with you very soon.

Pulkit, Saurabh, Vamsi and Anand come with 6yrs of experience in education domain. Their desire for bringing a much needed change in the field of education and the addiction to the word 'innovation', proved to be the seed for Vedantu.
Ujjawal, is the crackerjack of a Techie. With his expertise and know how in product creation, he gives a structure to Vedantu. 'Tech-Curator' as he likes to call himself, he empowers the gears behind Vedantu.
Ideating upon the idea and reshaping it into a simple and usable design, Soumya ensures the right mix of Art, Design and Technology.
Bringing the product alive with their enthusiasm and knowledge of coding and programming language, Shankar and Ajith get the kicks out of writing beautiful codes and see it doing wonders.
So typical of Bangalore. A serious argument on judging the complexity of a question through its concept linkages echoes around the cafeteria. Probability of slipping into such discussions is always high when Pulkit and Saurabh are in one room :P. Soumya has been sitting, quietly going through design feeds on flipboard , overhearing the discussion and visualizing it. Suddenly he starts sketching and comes up with a beautiful graphical flow of the concept linkages of questions. Now, this fires up Shankar... what follows is a heated argument on Technology vs Design. Ajith chips in (with his usual calming effect) and makes them realize (yet again) that both go hand in hand. Ujjawal, who has been spending sometime on a white board making a caricature of codes and algos, throws a stare and says "काल करे सो आज कर, आज करे सो अब!". This triggers an intense work session.. Silence reigns for sometime before Shankar starts yelling... Yayyy!! Nailed it..
Well, just one more innovation achieved at Vedantu... Alas! no one in the team realizes... Poor fellows!
