1. What is Humidity?
Ans: Humidity is defined as the amount of water vapour present in the atmosphere. The more the amount of water vapour, the higher is the humidity, which leads to an increase in moisture. When the amount of water vapour is less, it feels dry. The measure of humidity is in the form of a percentage (%). 100% humidity means complete air saturation.
2. What are the Maximum and Minimum Temperatures?
Ans: The highest temperature recorded throughout the day in any region is defined as the maximum temperature. While the lowest temperature recorded throughout the day is defined as the minimum temperature. There is a special thermometer called maximum-and-minimum thermometer, which is used to record temperatures throughout the day.
3. What is Weather Forecasting and Weather Reports?
Ans: Many weather experts often rely on weather forecasting. The prediction of weather conditions in advance is defined as weather forecasting. The weather reports are also prepared, which contain all the information regarding temperatures, rainfall, and other atmospheric conditions in the past several hours.
