The Kerala polytechnic result is released in the online mode. The provisional and the final rank list are released by the authorities on the pre-announced dates. The bonus point is awarded to the candidates who are the natives of the backward districts. A 1 bonus point is awarded to calculate the index score for the selection of the candidate in their respective district.
The Index score calculated for Stream 1 is the TGPA for stream I – Penal Point + Bonus Point
The Index score calculated for Stream 2 = TGPA for stream II – Penal Point + Bonus Point
Based on the index score, ranking is provided and accordingly the students can seek admissions.
