The Department of Technical Education (DTE) regulates the Kerala Polytechnic examination that is organized once every year. The Kerala Polytechnic exam is meant for finding meritorious candidates to introduce six-semester diploma courses offered by various Polytechnic colleges under the supervision of the Department of Technical Education, Kerala. 

 

The authority does not organize any separate entrance examination for admission of aspiring candidates to Polytechnic colleges in Kerala. They will process admission based on their performance in grades 10th and 12 board examinations or equivalent. Candidates will be offered both the government and private polytechnic colleges. So, all the aspiring students should register themselves on the official website and fill the application form after meeting the eligibility criteria.   • Management seats under Aided Programs: Submit to the particular Polytechnic college.

  • Seats under Sports Quota.

  • Seats under National Cadet Corps (NCC) Quota.

  • Make sure to print out the final copy of the application form and keep it safe for future reference.

  • Mark sheet of SSLC/THSLC or equivalent examination

  • Passing certificate

  • Valid photo for id proof

Application Fee:

  • The application fee will be 150/-.

  • For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates, it will be 75/-.

Kerala Polytechnic Result 

Candidates can view the Kerala Polytechnic results via online mode, as it will be published on the main website by the authority. It will be exhibited in the form of a provisional list & final rank list. Along with rank and provisional list, the trial allotment will also be conducted. They can review it in the 2nd week of June. To check results, candidates should enter their correct roll number or application number and date of birth.
