All India Institutes of Medical Sciences or AIIMS 2019 Basic Registration commenced from 30th November 2018. AIIMS exam is conducted for admission to MBBS programmes in AIIMS Institutions. It is the sought-after national level entrance test for medical aspirants. This exam offers admission to nine AIIMS Institutions across India that are in New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Jodhpur, Rishikesh, Guntur, Raipur, Nagpur & Bhubaneshwar. The total number of seats are 807 this year. AIIMS has changed the application procedure completely this time. From this year, the registration procedure will be a two-stage process which comprises of Basic Registration and Final Registration. All the important dates have been given in the next section. AIIMS 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Before proceeding to fill the AIIMS Application Form 2019, aspirants are advised to check the detailed AIIMS Eligibility Criteria 2019 which we have provided below.

Nationality:

  • 1. You should be a citizen of India
  • 2. OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) and NRIs are also eligible

Educational Qualification:

  • 1. Candidates must have passed class 12th (under 10+2 Scheme)/ SSC examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects.
  • 2. Minimum marks required to write the qualifying exam is 60% marks (for General/OBC/OCI candidates) and 50% (for SC/ST/OPH/NRIs).

Age Limit:

Minimum age should be 17 years as on 31st December 2019.

AIIMS Exam Pattern 2019

AIIMS 2019 examination will be an Online i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT) held for a duration of 3.5 hours. The questions will be Multiple Choice Questions asked from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge and Aptitude. Most questions will be based on class 11th 12th topics. For every correct answer you will be rewarded 1 mark whereas for every incorrect response, 1/3rd mark will be deducted. The detailed AIIMS MBBS exam pattern 2019 is given below in a tabular form.

AIIMS Admit Card 2019

All the eligible candidates who have successfully filled the application form will receive their AIIMS 2019 Admit Card 2019. It will be available to download from 15th May 2019. You need to carry a valid ID proof and one photograph on the exam day.


AIIMS Result 2019

The result of AIIMS 2019 will be available only through online mode on June 12, 2019. The result will also be available on other six AIIMS website as well. Each shift’s results will be announced second week of June 2019.


AIIMS Cutoff 2019

AIIMS Cut off will be the minimum scores required by a candidate. This minimum percentage will be required to be eligible for AIIMS 2019 Counselling. Below given are is the criteria for different categories:
