उत्तर: लेखक ने स्वीकार किया है कि लोगों ने उन्हें भी धोखा दिया है लेकिन फिर भी वह निराश नहीं हैं क्योंकि लेखक का यह मानना है कि अगर वह उन धोखों को याद करेंगे तो उनका मन निराशा से भर जाएगा और तब उनके लिए किसी पर विश्वास करना मुश्किल हो जाएगा।धोखा देने के किस्से बहुत है जब लोगों ने उनकी सहायता नहीं की |लेकिन कई लोगों ने उनकी बिना कारण भी सहायता की है , जैसे बच्चों के लिए और अन्य बस के लिए बस कंडक्टर का दूध लाना, टिकट बाबू का लेखक को बचे हुए पैसे वापस देना, आदि |इनसे उन्हें भरोसा है कि लोगों में मनुष्यता व आपसी प्रेम अभी भी ज़िंदा है |    

2. दोषों का पर्दाफ़ाश करना कब बुरा रूप ले सकता है?

उत्तर: जब हम किसी व्यक्ति के दोषों का पर्दाफ़ाश करते हैं, तो कई बार वह व्यक्ति क्रोधित होकर बदला निकलने के प्रयास में हमें हानि पंहुचा सकता है | ऐसे में दोषों का पर्दाफ़ाश करना बुरा रूप ले सकता है |  

3. आजकल के बहुत से समाचार पत्र या समाचार चैनल ‘दोषों का पर्दाफ़ाश’ कर रहे हैं। इस प्रकार के समाचारों और कार्यक्रमों की सार्थकता पर तर्क सहित विचार लिखिए?

उत्तर: लोगों के गलत कर्मों का पर्दाफाश करना ज़रुरी है| समाज में किसी को किसी भी तरह  की हानि न पहुंचे इसलिए यह फ़ायदेमंद है | इससे लोग समय रहते सतर्क व् सावधान हो जाते हैं | 

4. निम्नलिखित के संभावित परिणाम क्या-क्या हो सकते हैं? आपस में चर्चा कीजिए, जैसे – ”ईमानदारी को मूर्खता का पर्याय समझा जाने लगा है।”परिणाम-भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ेगा।

1. ”सच्चाई केवल भीरु और बेबस लोगों के हिस्से पड़ी है।” …..

उत्तर:”सच्चाई केवल भीरु और बेबस लोगों के हिस्से पड़ी है।” - स्वेच्छाचारिता बढ़ेगी 

लोगों का सच्चाई पर से विश्वास उठ जाएगा | बेईमान और कपटी लोगों को आगे बढ़ते देख मेहनती , सच्चे और ईमानदार लोगों का श्रम और प्रयास पर से विश्वास उठ जाएगा | 

2. ”झूठ और फरेब का रोज़गार करनेवाले फल-फूल रहे हैं।” …..

उत्तर:”झूठ और फरेब का रोज़गार करनेवाले फल-फूल रहे हैं।” - भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ेगा

जो लोग दिन - रात मेहनत करके पैसे कमा रहे हैं, वे आज दुखी है और जो छल , कपट करके धनवान बन रहे हैं , वे सबसे ज़्यादा खुश है | इससे भ्रष्टाचार बढ़ेगा | 

3. ”हर आदमी दोषी अधिक दिख रहा है, गुणी कम।” …..

उत्तर: ”हर आदमी दोषी अधिक दिख रहा है, गुणी कम।” - अविश्वास व संदेह बढ़ेगा

 एक दूसरे के प्रति अविश्वास बढ़ेगा और सब लोग एक दूसरे को शंका की नज़र से देखेंगे|  

5. लेखक ने लेख का शीर्षक ‘क्या निराश हुआ जाए’ क्यों रखा होगा? क्या आप इससे भी बेहतर शीर्षक सुझा सकते हैं?

उत्तर: लेखक ने लेख का शीर्षक ‘क्या निराश हुआ जाए’ उचित रखा है क्योंकि आजकल  समाज में नकारात्मकता और उनसे घटित घटनाओं के कारण हमारे अंदर निराशा भर जाती है |

6. यदि ‘क्या निराश हुआ जाए’ के बाद कोई विराम चिह्न लगाने के लिए कहा जाए तो आप दिए गए चिह्नों में से कौन-सा चिन्ह लगाएँगे? अपने चुनाव का कारण भी बताइए – , । . । ? ; – , …. ।

उत्तर: क्या निराश हुआ जाए’ के बाद प्रश्न चिह्न लगाना उपयुक्त है - ‘क्या निराश हुआ जाए?’ क्योंकि इस वाक्य में हमसे प्रश्न पूछा गया है व वाक्य के आगे “क्या” शब्द का प्रयोग हुआ है जो की एक प्रश्नवाचक शब्द है | प्रत्येक प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य के आखिर में प्रश्नसूचक चिह्न लगता है | 

जीवन में बुराइयों व कठिनाइयों के बीच निराश होने के बजाय सकारात्मक एवं निश्चयात्मक रहना ज़रूरी है |  

7. ”आदर्शों की बातें करना तो बहुत आसान है पर उन पर चलना बहुत कठिन है।” क्या आप इस बात से सहमत हैं? तर्क सहित उत्तर दीजिए।

उत्तर: ”आदर्शों की बातें करना तो बहुत आसान है पर उन पर चलना बहुत कठिन है।” - हम इस कथन से सहमत है क्योंकि व्यक्ति जब आदर्शों के मार्ग पर चलता है तब उसे कई परेशानियों  और चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ता है | सामाजिक विरोधी तत्वों का डटकर सामना करना पड़ता है |

8. दो शब्दों के मिलने से समास बनता है। समास का एक प्रकार है – द्वंद्व समास।

इसमें दोनों शब्द प्रधान होते हैं। जब दोनों भाग प्रधान होंगे तो एक-दूसरे में द्वंद्व (स्पर्धा, होड़) की संभावना होती है। कोई किसी से पीछे रहना नहीं चाहता,

जैसे – चरम और परम = चरम-परम, भीरु और बेबस = भीरू-बेबस। दिन और रात = दिन-रात।

‘और’ के साथ आए शब्दों के जोड़े को ‘और’ हटाकर (-) योजक चिह्न भी लगाया जाता है। कभी-कभी एक साथ भी लिखा जाता है।
