The Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form in Brief:

The application form for JEEP or the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form has been made available for the aspirants since 20th January of 2022.

How to Get the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form:

The Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form is available in both online and offline modes. For students interested to get the application form offline, you can buy it from the UBTER office.

You have to address the offline application form to the Joint Secretary, and mail it to Joint Entrance Examination and Training, Research Development cell,

Upper Amwala, Dehradun – 248001.

For the Online Mode, Follow the Following Steps to Fill in the Application Form:

• Visit the official website

• On reaching the website, you have to register as a new applicant. You will find a button on the website mentioned here.

• After registering, you will be led to the application form.

• Fill in the details carefully.

• Upload the documents specified by the exam authorities

• Upload your picture and signature

• Pay the online fees

• Submit your form

• Take a print out of the same.

Once you have filled up in the details, you will not get a second chance to rectify any wrong information on the form. 

For Payment of the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form:

• The application fee for General and OBC students is 800 INR

• SC/ST students have to pay an amount of 500 INR

• The payment has to be done via online payment using Debit Card, Credit card, or Net Banking.

• Keep a print out of the payment receipt.

Notes for Uploading Your Picture and Signature:

For Image:

• Upload a recent passport size photo of 200X230 pixels not more than 50kb

• A light or white background is mandatory.

• No reflection on the glasses are allowed.

• Caps, hats, or sunglasses are not allowed.

For Signature:

• The signature should be on white paper with black/blue pen.

• Scan only the area of the page with your signature

• The signature image must be between 10kb – 20kb and not be more than 140X60 pixels.

The signature will be uploaded on the admit card. Note that if your signature at the time of the examination does not match the uploaded signature, you will be disqualified.
