  • Belonging to Indian nationality is a mandate for you to take up the TS POLYCET.

  • You should be a local to the State of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh

  • If you wish to appear for TS POLYCET, you must have a clearance certificate for S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. Pupils from any other equivalent and recognised examination such as Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education (ICSE), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), along with Class 10 examination conducted by various State Boards of 11 Secondary Education in India are also eligible for TS POLYCET

  • Mathematics is a mandatory subject for you to have in your class 10/SSC examination 

  • You must have a score of a minimum of 35% marks in the qualifying examination to appear for TS POLYCET

  • If you belong to any other examinations recognized as equivalent to SSC by the state of Telangana, then passing in ALL the subjects including Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics is mandatory with a minimum of 35% score in each subject. 

Here, you must note that only appearing and obtaining a merit rank in TS POLYCET does not guarantee automatic admission to you, unless you adhere to all the requirements set for admission by the examination authorities.

Q1. What is the Passing Mark for the TS POLYCET Exam?

A: A minimum of 30% is set to be the passing marks for TS POLYCET. As the exam consists of 120 marks, the said 30% equal to a score of 36.

Q2: Can I Get Admission Without Scoring the TS POLYCET Cut off Marks?

A: The answer is NO. No college will allow your admission if you fail to reach the cut off marks decided by the authorities.

Q3: Can I Get a TS POLYCET Admit Card Without Paying?

A: Fill in the application form and paying the due fees for the application form is a mandate to get the admit card. The fees of the application form vary for different categories of candidates. The fee for the application form is 400INR or general candidates and 250 for SC/ST candidates.

Q4. How to Get the TS POLYCET Admit Card?

A: Once you fill in the application form, you will be issued with an admit card 2 or 3 days later. To get hold of the admit card simply visit the official website to download the admit card. Follow the steps and get your admit card. Make sure to take a print out of the admit card and keep it safe with you.
