An Overview of AEEE Exam Pattern

AEEE Exam Pattern- Syllabus and Types of Questions

Aspiring candidates are suggested to download the syllabus of AEEE 2020 from the official website of the university and chalk out their study routine accordingly. The AEEE syllabus consists of topics from 10+2 level Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For scoring good marks in the AEEE examination, it is imperative for aspirants to consult various reference books and practice multiple-choice questions. 

The question paper of AEEE 2020 will comprise multiple-choice questions from all the topics that are included in the syllabus. There will be four answer choices provided for every question and only one of the given choices will be the correct answer. Along with revising all the concepts of 10+2 Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, aspirants are required to focus on their time-management skills for better performance in the examination. 

AEEE Exam Pattern- Marking Scheme

There will be a total of 100 questions in the AEEE 2020 question paper and the paper will be on 300 marks. For every correct answer, a candidate will be awarded 3 marks and for every incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted from the total marks scored by the candidate. Candidates may hereby note that there will be no negative marking for the unattempted questions.

Answer: There are a total of 100 questions asked in AEEE from the subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. There are 30 questions from Physics and Chemistry, each and 40 questions from Mathematics. 

2. Is there Negative Marking in AEEE?

Answer: Yes, there is negative marking in AEEE. The full mark for the AEEE 2020 examination is 300 and for every question, there is an allotment of 3 marks. In other words, candidates appearing in AEEE 2020 will score +3 for every correct answer. Candidates will lose 1 mark for every incorrect answer. They will not lose any mark for the unanswered questions.

3. What is the Time Duration of the AEEE Examination?

Answer: Candidates will be given a time duration of two and a half hours for answering all the questions in AEEE 2020. 

4. What is the Mode of the AEEE Examination?
