JEE or the Joint Entrance Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year to grant admission to candidates for undergraduate courses in B. Tech or B. Arch in prestigious universities and institutes in India. This entrance exam is considered one of the most challenging in the country, attempted by over 15 lakh students each year over different sessions.

Even though students can apply for more than one attempt over the course of one year, it is best to start preparing for the earliest session and clear the JEE Main on the very first attempt. This computer-based exam has two parts: Paper I for candidates wishing to study B. Tech while Paper-II for students wishing to pursue B. Arch. JEE Main is the only way for students to get admission into centrally funded universities like the IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc.
