The NPAT syllabus 2020 comprises of 3 broad sections, and they are Quantitative and Numerical Ability, Proficiency in the English Language, and General Intelligence, According to the NPAT 2020 Pattern, all the candidates are needed to solve 120 questions, and they are given 100 minutes to complete them. The details of the syllabus are:

Reading comprehension of total three passages, 400 to 500 words in every passage and five questions will be there in every passage

2.Observation and Problem Solving
The capability of revealing hidden qualities in people, circumstances, events, normal things, and forming a critical view
Implementing consciousness to specific details, predicting and inferring, reasoning, analyzing, and classifying
Skills for distinguishing devious distinctions in aesthetic results and visual properties
Using them for solving problems
3.General awareness and Design Sensibility
General consciousness regarding environmental factors, like water, natural resource, climate, weather, pollution, population, vegetation, etc. besides their proposals on the designs of the products, wide infrastructure, different images, and altering the environment
The consciousness of cultural and social relationships with historical artifacts, design, environmentally maintainable design responses, and social responsibilities
Sculpture, literature, and history of art
Paper 1 – This paper is common for every applicant, and it comprises of multiple-choice questions having no negative marking.
On the exam day, candidates should brush up their fundamentals of grammar for handling error detecting questions. Additionally, they must remain relaxed and focus on their examination only. Only this way, they would be able to answer every question correctly.
Candidates should read newspapers and magazines daily that cover contemporary events. They should also watch movies/documentaries having subtitles, and they must also listen to speeches. It will augment students’ knowledge of English and might turn useful while they try para jumble questions and sentence completion.
Q1. The Rescheduling of the Test Date is Possible?
A1. For making the rescheduling of the test date, students must get in touch with the Admission Information handout when they wish to know the test delivery dates of NPAT. It would be proposed to the candidates only on the specific dates that are mentioned. There is a chance of the editing of the test date from the provided date options prior to the registration fees’ payment. Again, when the students pay the registration fees, they can include the data according to the options that are given.
Q2. How will Students get the Admit Card?
A2. Students will get NMIMS NPAT admit card a week before the day of the exam. For getting their admit card, candidates will be required to enter their login ID as well as password. Only those candidates who have registered for NMIMS NPAT examination successfully within the stipulated deadline can get the admit card. The admit card comprises examination date, details of the examination center, and timing of the examination.
