JEE Advanced 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to check the eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced 2024 before applying for JEE Advanced 2024:

  • Nationality: All Indian nationals are eligible to apply for JEE Advanced 2024. Foreign candidates are eligible under 10% of the SNQ.

  • Age Limit:  The students from the General & OBC categories should be born on or after October 1, 1998. Five years age relaxation is provided for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

  • Academic Qualification: Candidates should pass the Class XII exams for the first time in the year 2023/2024.

  • Subject: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics should be mandatory subjects in Class 12th.

  • Number of Attempts: A candidate can attempt two times in two consecutive years.

  • JEE Main Performance: The candidates must rank among the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main rankings to attempt JEE Advanced 2024.
