The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) organises many competitions for the school students and the top scorers are also awarded scholarships and medals. The IGKO exams 2023-24 conducted are on various subjects like Mathematics, English, Commerce and Social Studies, among others the IGKO 2023-24, which stands for International General Knowledge Olympiad, is the most popular one.

The exam is attended by the school students from grades 1-10 and the exam paper is divided into 4 major sections that are General Awareness, Current Affairs, Life Skills and the Achievers Section which includes high-order thinking questions from all the aforementioned sections.
