NATA Admit Card 2023 Released by NIASA: How To Download Online




The NATA Admit Card 2022 of the first attempt is released by the NATA authoritative body. The first attempt at the exam will be conducted on June 12, 2022. Students can download their admit cards using their application numbers and password. Students are advised to keep the admit card safe for future use till the exams, counselling sessions, and admission procedures get over. The NATA Hall Ticket has to be carried by the students on the day of the exam, along with a photo ID for verification.

Some students might miss out on applying for the first attempt of NATA. They can apply for Second and Third NATA before their respective registration dates get over.

 

What is NATA?

NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture. It is conducted to measure the aptitude skills of students who want to pursue their study in the field of a 5-years course in Architecture (B.Arch). It assesses the visual perception, cognitive skills, logical reasoning and critical thinking ability, etc.; of the students.

All NATA exams will be conducted in two sessions of 3 hours each, one is from 10 am to 1 pm and the second is from 2.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Candidates can appear in all these NATA tests. If a candidate appears in only two exams, then the best of two will be the valid score. However, if a candidate is appearing in all the three NATA tests, then the average of the best two NATA tests will be the valid score.

 

How Can You Download the NATA Admit Card? 

Students can download the NATA admit card following the below-given steps. 

  • You are required to visit the official website of NATA which is nata.in

  • Then you have to click on the Download Admit Card.

  • You then have to log in, using your application number and password. 

  • Under the assessment tab, you then have to select “National Aptitude Test in Architecture”.

  • The Admit card will appear on the screen.

  • Check the information you have provided to see whether all details are correct or not.

  • Click “Download” and get a printout for NATA Admit Card 2022 download.

You should check if all the details are provided in the admit card as they are crucial. You can also opt for the admit card sample format to check the details before downloading the final one and for the admit card format download. This will include your name and address, the name of your father and mother, the name of the examination, the time of reporting, the name and address of the exam centre as well as the centre code.

The admit card should also include the signature of the Registrar, your gender, date of birth, application number and signature. Other details would include the date and time of the examination, roll number, and whether you belong to the PwD category and it should carry your photograph as well.

A box will also be there on the admit card where you have to put your left thumb impression in the presence of the invigilator. 

 

What Happens If You Forget Your Application Number and Password? 

In case you forget your application number and password, then you have to click on the link which says “Forgot application number or password” on the page. Then the name, date of birth and mobile number have to be entered, along with your email ID. Next, the security question has to be answered. The password will then be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID as well. You can easily download the NATA admit card online thereafter.

Qualifying Marks for NATA 2022

NATA 2022 qualifying marks are 70. So, a student who wants to qualify the NATA exam must score 70 out of 200, i.e., 35% of the marks. 

 

NATA 2022 Answer Keys

NATA Answer Keys for 2022 would be published after the exam is conducted, Students can match their answers and estimate their marks. It would help them to decide whether to appear in other phases of the NATA exam or not.

However, students can also ask for their answer script, but for that, he/she has to pay 3000 rupees. Students must keep in mind that the window to download their answer script is open only 3 days after the publication of the result. 

 

Instructions to Follow for NATA Exam

If you are appearing in any of the NATA exams, you must follow the below-given instructions.

  • You should ideally reach the exam centre at least 2 hours before the exam starts. Examinees will not be allowed to enter the examination centre after 8:30 am. 

  • Any kind of impersonation or use of unethical materials will lead to the cancellation of the examination and will lead to the filing of criminal cases against the candidate in question.  

  • You will also not be allowed to leave the exam hall until the entire examination ends. 

  • On reaching the hall, you will first have to provide your photograph and biometric and the seat will then be allotted to you. 

  • You will have to write your name in block letters on the drawing sheet and will have to provide the same signature which you have provided in the NATA 2022 application form. 

  • Carry your personal identity proof in the exam hall and it can be your Aadhar Card, passport, E-Aadhar Card, Driving licence, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, etc.

Precautions to Be Taken to Appear in NATA Exam

  • Credit or Debit cards, ID proof which might have expired, any kind of temporary ID Proof or learner’s driving licences or documents issued by a notary officer are not admissible. 

  • You will not be allowed to carry any kind of gadgets like mobile phones, calculators or log tables inside the exam hall. Anyone carrying these objects will be disqualified for the examination. 

  • You can bring colour pencils for drawings, but watercolours or oil colours will not be allowed inside the hall.

NATA is conducted to get admission to a 5-year B.Arch degree course. It opens the door for all reputed institutions in India.
