Exam Pattern

There will be only one paper with a duration of 3 hours with a maximum score of 100 marks, and divided into two parts.

• Part 1 is for 30 marks. It will consist of the compulsory short answer questions testing knowledge, skills and application relating to elementary or fundamental aspects of the entire syllabus.

• Part 2 is for 70 marks and there consist of seven questions, and out of which candidates will be required to answer any five questions, each carrying 14 marks.

Pattern for ISC Business Studies Syllabus 2021

There will be two papers in the Business Studies subject for the financial year 2020 - 21

• Paper I will be on Theory: 3 hours and is given for 80 marks.

• Paper II will be the Project Work, and it is provided for 20 marks.

Paper 1

• Part 1 is for 20 marks and will consist of compulsory short answer questions in the testing knowledge, concepts skills and application relating to elementary or fundamental aspects of the whole syllabus

• Part II is going to be for 60 marks and will consist of eight questions, where candidates will be required to answer any five questions, carrying 12 marks each.

Besides, Paper-II contains the practical test, which is conducted in respective colleges.
