Hint: There are four fundamental forces in nature. Gravitational force is the weakest force among them. Gravitational force acts on all particles. We can site almost all things happening in our everyday life as example of use of gravitational energy like standing, walking, writing etc

Complete answer:
Gravitational force is the fundamental force; it is an attractive force. Gravitational potential energy is the energy possessed by an object due to earth’s gravity. It can be calculated by the formula
Work done= weight of the body × height
That is gravitational potential energy is high at infinity.

This energy is associated with position. This energy has many uses in our daily life. Some of them are:
1. We can’t write with a pen in space because in space there is no gravity and ink will not flow down. When we open a tap, water flows down is an example of use of gravitational energy in our daily life.
2. The water stored in tanks is kept at height to utilise gravitational potential energy in order to maintain the same strength of flow from all the taps situated in various parts of the house.
3. The satellites revolve around the planet due to the same gravitational potential energy. These satellites play an important role in our daily life as these are the essential factor in communication technology.

Note: Gravitational potential energy for a two-particle system can also be calculated as the work done by the gravitational force and gravitational potential at a point is the change in gravitational potential energy per unit mass.
