Hint The sun's energy comes from within the sun itself. That is solar energy. Hydrogen gas in the core of the Sun. During this process some mass of the hydrogen atoms is converted into energy in the form of light.
Step by step solution
1. The energy derived by the sun is called solar energy; it is the simply the light and heat that comes from the sun. with the help of solar energy there are numerous application of it
2. This is renewable energy which means further it can be used without the fear of vanish
Hydrogen atoms present in the sun collide to combine with each other to form a heavier molecule Helium in the core. By the components we can predict the reaction.
3. Several billion years from now the hydrogen inside of the sun will vanish eventually and the star will swell up into a red giant with a radius extending to Earth's orbit. The helium present at earth’s core will also be consumed. The star will never be hot enough to burn the oxygen and carbon that are left behind
4. The Sun continues to fuse hydrogen atoms to make helium in its core.
5. The sun creates energy by a process called nuclear fusion. During this nuclear fusion, the high pressure and temperature in the sun's core cause nuclei to separate from their electrons. Hydrogen nuclei fuse to form one helium atom.
Nuclear fusion – a nuclear reaction in which atomic nuclei of low atomic number fuse to form a heavier nucleus with the release of energy
This is what happens to the hydrogen gas in the core of the Sun.so It gets squeezed together so tightly that four hydrogen nuclei combine to form one helium atom. During this process some of the mass of the hydrogen atoms is converted into energy in the form of light.
Additional Information
The lack of gravitational compression in the core will cause the process of nuclear fusion to stop so there will no longer be any force capable of fusing atomic nuclei together. So, the Sun will be a small ball of inert gas
The energy produced in the core powers the Sun that produces all the heat and light the Sun emits
Note
First of all we need to think about what components it's made up of and what is the reaction and application of the object.
Most of the students gets confused between fission and fusion
Nuclear fission the atom divides into two or smaller or lighter atoms. Nuclear fusion occurs when two or more atoms join or fuse together to form the heavy atom.
