Directorate of Engineering and Technology conducts the Diploma Entrance Test on the state level for the admission of students in various diploma courses offered by well-recognized government and private colleges. The exam conducting body has set up various eligibility guidelines for conducting the examination peacefully. After the successful conduct of exams and the declaration of ranks of the candidates, the Odisha DET counselling session begins. You must always have these documents at hand during the entire admission process, as it might be required time and again throughout. The list is as follows:

  1. High school passing certificates

  2. Odisha DET admit card

  3. Community certificate (if applicable)

  4. Any valid identity proof of the candidate: Adhar Card, Pan Card, etc.

  5. Candidate’s Registration Number allotted at the time of application submission.

  6. Candidate’s passport sized colored photographs (carry at least 4)

  7. Candidate’s score card and Rank card issued online by officials.

  8. Candidate’s seat allotment letter or a print out of result declared on the official website

  9. Domicile certificate of the candidate (if any).

  10. Provisional Admission letter 

  11. Annual income certificate

  12. Transfer Certificate, also known as Migration certificate
