All You Need To Know About LPUNEST 2022
LPUNEST is an entrance test that you can take to get enrolled in various engineering, management, design etc courses. LPU admission 2022 test happens two times every academic year in the forms of Schedule 1 and 2. Schedule 1 of LPUNEST 2022 was conducted in January. Latest Info about LPUNEST 2022 Schedule 2 -
Schedule 1 of LPUNEST is already over. It happened between 10th and 25th January. LPUNEST results in 2022 were published on 31st January. Now students are looking forward to taking part in Schedule 2 of LPUNEST. Here are some important info about the upcoming exam -
LPU nest registration for schedule 2 has started from March 6th 2022 onwards.
Lovely Professional University admission last date for registration is 10th May 2022.
You can book your preferred time and date slot for taking the exam. LPU slot booking 2022 is scheduled for 15th May 2022 to 31st May 2022 onwards.
You can download LPU admit card 2022 as soon as you finish selecting your preferred exam slot.
The examination slots fall between 25th April 2022 onwards. Apply early to book your favorite slot.
LPUNEST results 2022 - 6th June 2022 for schedule 2 of the entrance test.
Counseling will start from 6th June 2022 onwards.
LPUNEST Eligibility Criteria
Before filling up the LPU application form 2022, you must make sure whether you are eligible for the LPU courses. Here are the criteria that you must fulfill in order to be eligible for LPU courses -
You must be an Indian National in order to enroll in any of the programmes offered by LPU.
Either you need to have passed the H.S exam or you need to show that you are appearing for the H.S exam this year. Your education board - central or state - should be recognised by the statutory bodies.
For B. Tech - You must pass with 60% aggregate marks with Physics, Math and English.
For other UG courses - Students studying in class 12 can apply.
For UG courses related to commerce, science and arts - you must have read English in H.S. Or else, you must have an English-medium background.
Even for UG courses pertaining to science - a class 12 student from any stream can apply.
For Biotechnology, Food Technology and Biomedical Engineering - you must have had Physics, Chemistry, Math/Biology and English in H.S.
For Chemical Engineering - you must have had PCM and English subjects in H.S.

LPU Admission Procedure
Below is the step by step process of submitting LPU application form 2022
To get LPU NEST admit card 2022 and sit for the exam, you must first register for the exam. You have to fill up the application form with your name, gender, email ID, phone number etc. Keep your mobile and email ID handy as OTP will be sent to either of these.
Then you will be directed to pay the exam fees. There are many modes available - like - Debit card, credit card, net banking etc.
Next, you will be asked to furnish some more of your details, like academic qualifications, parents’ names etc.
You have to upload the scanned copies of your name and address proof, academic certificates and your photograph.
You will be given a chance to check the details you entered. After that, you hit the submit button and hope for the best.
LPUNEST for Scholarship
While Engineering or Biotechnology programmes are to be entered only after passing LPUNEST, various UG courses do not need the candidates to pass the LPUNEST. These students can still take LPUNEST for scholarship purposes. Here are some of the disciplines where LPUNEST is not mandatory -
B. Arch, B. Pharm (Ayurveda), BBA, BCA, Computer Science, Information technology, B.Com, B.A etc.

Although you can apply for LPUNEST till LPU admission last date - that is - 26th April, slot booking will start from 6th March. So hurry.

LPU exam date 2022 to be held from 5th April 2022 to 31st May 2022 April.
Students who got 90% marks in H.S need not sit for the entrance test!
LPUNEST Question Pattern
LPUNEST is a 150 minutes long exam. The full mark is 420. 30 questions each will be there from PCMB and English subjects. For PCMB subjects, each question will carry 4 marks. For English, each question will carry 2 marks. There will be no negative marking. You can opt for either English and PCM subjects or English and PCB subjects.
LPUNEST and Scholarship
No educational institutions in India forget about the students having financial constraints. LPU is no different. LPU nest cutoff marks will decide how many scholarships you will get. This scholarship will be particularly useful to poor but meritorious students. 50%, 40%, and 30% of the tuition fee would be waived for students who would get category 1, 2 and 3 cutoff marks respectively. This is in B.Tech. Similar scholarship schemes are there in other disciplines too. Apart from LPUNEST, a scholarship is also given on the basis of performance in the qualifying exam, sports or on the basis of serving the country.
