FAQs on Maths Question Paper for CBSE Class 12 - 2013

1. How do we learn the formulae while studying for CBSE Class 12 Maths?

Learning so many formulas of Maths ahead of the exam can be extremely tiring and tedious. So here are some tips and tricks for easier memorisation of formulae:

  1. Understand how the formula was devised and then utilise them in the correct way.

  2. Use different channels like pasting a whole chart of formulae on the wall of the room, reciting the formula aloud or watch videos related to maths formulae

  3. Use memory techniques like mind maps.

  4. Finally, practice, practice and practice!

2. How many sample papers should one practice before the CBSE Class 12 Maths Board Exam?

Because Maths is a hands-on subject, it can be a bit overwhelming initially. As experts suggest, Maths is a subject that students cannot ‘learn’ but only practice. The concepts need to be understood carefully and by giving time and it can only be possible with practice from day 1. So practice as much as you can. The more one practices, the concepts seem less blurry and eventually the student can master the subject and sail through difficult questions with ease.

3. Do solving examples in the textbooks help in the CBSE STD 12 Maths Board exam ?

Many teachers suggest that once the student is able to understand the concept step by step, do not start solving complex questions directly. Getting the wrong answers can be discouraging, yes. So start with solving the examples first. It might sound weird but once the student gets a hang of the simpler questions, they can easily analyse the steps mentioned in the textbook to their own as reference and work accordingly. Doing this will give you better results with time.

4. What is the marking scheme of CBSE Std 12 Maths Board paper ?

The sample papers of CBSE Std 12 Maths by Vedantu are created as per the syllabus by CBSE every year. The marking scheme of the exam is as follows:
