Hint: In this question we have to prepare ethylamine by using an amide by using bromine and caustic potash as this is also a method by which we form amines using amides. By using the given correct amide in the given options above we can easily form ethylamine.

Complete Step by Step Solution:
We know that when we react propionamide as with the action of bromine and caustic potash we can form ethylamine,
As per the whole process we can see by using the reaction,
$C{H_3} - C{H_2} - CO - N{H_2} + B{r_2} + 4KOH\xrightarrow{{}}C{H_3}C{H_2}N{H_2} + {K_2}C{O_3} + 2KBr + 2{H_2}O$
As per the given equation we get that, $C{H_3} - C{H_2} - CO - N{H_2}$ is the Propionamide the above equation, as with this bromine and caustic potash is added with propionamide to form the product.
Whereas in product we get that, $C{H_3}C{H_2}N{H_2}$is the Ethylamine in the product as with this we get potassium carbonate, potassium bromide and water as in the product with Ethylamine.
Therefore, we get that when propionamide is get action with bromine and caustic potash we can prepare Ethylamine.
Hence, the correct option is (B).

Note: This question is taken from organic compounds which is a topic in chemistry in which we have to study many types of important topic in which major ones are structure and classification of amines, nomenclature of amines, preparation of amines, physical and chemical properties of amines these are the major topics which have to be studied in this chapter.
