This national-level admission exam is held online every year under the supervision of the National Testing Agency (one of the largest exam-conducting organisations). JEE Main 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, candidates should read the following JEE Main eligibility guidelines:

• To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have completed Intermediate (12th) from a recognised board or university.

• Candidates for the B.Tech course must have passed the qualifying test with 5 topics, including Physics and Mathematics as the primary subjects, as well as Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a Technical Vocational subject.

• Candidates for the B.Arch course must have a minimum of 50% in the 12th grade. To be eligible for JEE Main, he or she must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required subjects.

• To be eligible for JEE Main, candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with Mathematics as a required subject.

• There is no upper age limit for applying to JEE Main 2021.

• Only individuals who completed their 12th grade in the years 2020 or 2021 are allowed to apply.

• Passing Marks: There is no set percentage required to pass the exam. Candidates will just require passing certificates in class 12th, regardless of their grades (applicable only for the 2021 session).

• Candidates who will be taking their 12th or equivalent exam in the year 2022 will also be able to apply for JEE Main.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2022?

Candidates must follow all the below-given steps while applying for JEE Main 2022:

• Visit the official webpage jeemain.nta.nic.in

• Go over all of the directions that have been given to you.

• Tick on the specified check box (Disclaimer) (Disclaimer).

• Now select "Apply Online" from the drop-down menu.

• To register, enter all of your fundamental information, such as your name, parent's names, date of birth, qualifications, and so on.

• Choose four cities based on your preferences.

• After that, enter a valid/working email address and phone number.

• Then, in JPG/JPEG format, upload a passport-size photo and signature. The size of the photograph must be between 10 and 200 KB, and the size of the signature must be between 4 and 100 KB.

• Re-check all of the information on the application form.

• Submit your application cost according to your course, preference, and category.

• Select the "Make a payment" option.

• A confirmation page will appear on your computer screen when you submit the fee.

• Take a printout of the confirmation page at this point.

• Keep a copy of the printout for future reference.

Steps to Check JEE Main Application Form Status for June 2022
