For candidates appearing for the JEE Main exam in 2024, NTA issues mandatory exam day guidelines. And with a few exceptions, JEE Main 2024 allows students to wear whatever they like.

In this blog, a list of prohibited items, guidelines for JEE Main 2024 dress code, and code of conduct during the exam are provided in the JEE Main instructions for all candidates to read. As we have mentioned before, as far as JEE Main dress codes go, NTA has not established any regulations, so students can wear whatever they want. However, they must ensure that they do not wear or carry any such item that may cause them trouble at the exam centre.
