SRM Application Form 2023-24 Important Dates, Online and Offline Procedure

The SRMJEEE application form is available online from 15^th November,2022. The university offers immense time to fill up the form and let the students decide which campuses they want to pick for a particular B.Tech stream. Find these facts mentioned below for your reference regarding the exam and the conducting authority.

• SRMJEEE 2022 is an online exam and will be conducted in the approved centers around the country. Previously the number of centers was 123. Now it has increased to 132. 

• A new question pattern will be followed by the authority. From this year, there will be 125 questions carrying 1 mark each. There will be no negative marking. The number of questions allotted for Physics and Chemistry will be the same but for Mathematics or Biology, it has been increased to 40. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers or no answering.

• The time span allotted for answering 125 questions has been set to 2 hours 30 minutes. All the questions will be MCQ type. Two new subjects have been introduced, English (5 questions) and Aptitude (10 questions).

The SRM online application is open on its official website and will be conducted for the following campuses.

SRM Application Form 2022: Online Filling Process

The SRM application form 2022 is available both offline and online. It can be submitted by downloading it, manually filling it and sending it to the designated address mentioned on the website before 15th November 2021. The online application process is extended till 2^nd January 2022  for Phase 1, 20^th April 2022 for Phase 2, 20^th June 2022 for Phase 3 as a majority of the candidates will prefer this process. For the SRMJEEE 2022 online application, here is the stepwise process you need to follow. 

1. Registering online

The aspirants will have to visit the official website for filling up the online registration form. This form will need your name, a valid email ID, date of birth, mobile number, etc. A unique ID will be generated with a new password. It will be intimated by email and SMS. 

2. Log  on to the website

Using this newly generated ID and password, a student will have to log on to the website for filling up the rest of the form. 

3. Online SRMJEEE application form filling

The candidate will be able to login successfully using the ID and password. Every section will clearly ask for specific information regarding academic details, curricular details, communication address, and personal information. 

4. Fee payment for SRMJEEE application form

Once the entire form is filled, you will have to pay the amount online for the SRMJEEE application form. You can either issue a DD in the favor of SRMIST (Chennai) of INR 1100 or can pay the entire amount online. 

5. Uploading documents

The candidates will now have to upload the scans of the required documents online. It has to be done maintaining a protocol regarding file size. The photograph must be of 10 KB to 200 KB in size. The photograph must maintain a physical size of 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm. The signature image must follow the same protocol. It should have a dimension of 3.5 cm X 1.5 cm. 

6. Sending the filled form via post

Once all the sections are filled, you can easily download the file and print it. If you are willing to follow the physical way of submitting the form, you will have to issue a demand draft as mentioned above. Do not forget to write the name and address on its backside while sending the SRMJEEE 2022 application form in the printed version.

7. Physically filling SRMJEEE 2022 application form

If you want to fill the form physically, you can go to the respective post offices mentioned on the official website and buy it by paying an amount of INR 1100.

• Fill every section using capital letters only. 

• Use black ink ball-point pen. Use an HB pencil wherever needed to mark an alphabet, oval or numeral.

• Choose 3 centers mentioned in the SRM University application form 2022 manually where you want to appear for the exam as per your preference.

• Fix a photograph and sign wherever needed with the same pen.
