National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is an esteemed scholarship exam conducted by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) across the country in two stages. NTSE Stage-1 conducted at State and Union Territory level by state and UT authorities. Students who clear stage-1 are called upon by the NTSE for Stage-2 conducted at the national level. This exam is conducted by NCERT annually for the students of class 10th. Every year around 9-10 lakh students enroll themselves for this prestigious examination.
