NTSE Stage 2 Booklet

National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) started its flagship activity National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) in 1963. The examination was started, to give students financial aid and inspire them to pursue their higher careers in Science and Social Sciences. In 2000, students were given scholarships based on their NTSE Stage-2 marks. After clearing NTSE Stage-1, conducted at State and UT level, approximately 7000-8000 students called upon for Stage-2. NTSE Stage-2 conducted by NCERT at the national level to select the final scholarship awardees.
