An Overview of MU OET Admit Card 2022

The MU OET online examination 2022 is your chance to enroll in the prestigious Manipal Academy of Higher Education. The examination will be conducted for admissions into several UG and PG courses, including Automobile engineering, aeronautical engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, civil engineering, computer science engineering, etc. To appear for the exam, candidates need to get a MU OET admit card in advance. Candidates passing the exams and the cutoffs will be able to enroll in MAHE and the institutions accredited by it. If you are appearing for the exam this year, the MU OET 2022 admit card is important. To appear for the examinations, you need to:

  • A 12th or equivalent passing certificate from any recognized university or institution

  • A minimum of 50% aggregate in your qualifying examination

The MU OET 2022 admit card will only be available online. To receive the same, candidates need to register themselves at apply.manipal.edu along with the stipulated fees for the same. The fees vary for Indian and International students. After enrollment, MAHE allots you an admit card based on your preference of course and location of examination center. The examinations will be held in two phases, with a maximum number of two attempts per candidate. It is advisable to fill in the application form carefully as it will be used to generate your admit card. In case of discrepancies, you must contact the officials through email/phone.

 

Steps to Download the MU OET Admit Card

Candidates appearing for the MU OET examinations will be able to download their admit card from the official website after their slot booking process is complete. This requires putting in the details of the desired venue, the course applying for along with other information in the application process.

  • An admit card is generated after the payment is complete, and students will be notified of the same over email.

  • They must take a print out of the admit card and a photograph to be pasted on the same and signed.

  • Without the proper admit card in hard copy, students will not be allowed to sit for the examinations. The admit card will also be useful during the counseling process. Consequently, it must not be discarded after the examination is done.

The MU OET admit card contains the following details:

FAQs on MU OET Admit Card 2023-24

1. What is the pattern for the MU OET 2022 examination?

For B.Tech, B.Pharma, and Pharm.D entrances, candidates have to answer 200 multiple-choice questions spanning Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and General Aptitude. The total time duration for the examination is 2.5 hours, within which maximum answers need to be solved.


For candidates appearing for the M.Tech examination, it’s a total of 60 MCQ questions spanning across their respective disciplines and engineering mathematics. The total time duration for the examination is 1.5 hours, within which maximum answers need to be solved.


Lastly, for BBA entrance candidates, the total number of MCQ questions is 100 spanning across Numeracy, Conceptual, Case Study and General Awareness. The total time duration for the exam is 2 hours.

2. What if I missed booking the MU OET slot?

In case you missed booking the slot of MU OET, you are still eligible to get the admit card. The university will do the job for you and issue the admit card accordingly. However, it is highly recommended to stay updated.
