The CUCET entrance examination is conducted once a year. The Central University of Rajasthan conducts the Central Universities Common Entrance Test. Being a national level examination, the CUCET offers admission to the various UG, PG, M.Phil and PhD programmes offered by 15 central universities, four state universities, one NIT in India. Due to the latest pandemic outbreak, the exam authorities have extended the last date from May 23, 2020, to June 6, 2020. Accordingly, the exam dates have also been postponed and the students will be notified about the new dates eventually.

 

The exam authorities have made the CUCET 2020 application available to the aspirants on the CUCET official website from March 16, 2020. Candidates who have successfully completed their registration and filling up of the application form can expect their admit card once the process of submitting the application form is complete. Once the exam is completed, students can check out the answer keys which are then followed by the results for both the UG as well as the PG programs. The CUCET is an offline mode examination. It will be conducted in two phases in around 119 exam centres. The examinations for 2 hours. The paper consists of 100 multiple-choice questions and negative marks are applicable. Once the results are announced, each institute makes its own merit list. Students who have qualified in the CUCET entrance exam 2020 will be called for the Central Universities Common Entrance Test counselling 2020. CUCET Exam Centres 2021

While filling up the registration form, students will be asked to choose a test centre that is most convenient for them. Here, the students are requested to go through the entire list of the centres where the exam will be conducted and choose the one nearest to them to ensure they can easily reach the exam centre on the day of the exam. Also, students must remember that the university holds the authority to cancel any of the exam centres in case it is not opted by more than 100 students. Therefore students need to choose two centres that would be convenient for them while filling up the application form. CUCET Exam Centres 2021 - Important Points to Remember

  • Candidates will not be allowed to change their exam centre once they are submitted in the application form. Therefore the candidates must make sure they are aware of the entire list before choosing their exam centre. 

  • Candidates must make sure that they reach the exam centre at least 1 hour before the commencement of the examination. 

  • Students must not forget to carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID proof, without which they will not be allowed to take up the examination. 

  • Students must ensure that they are dressed as per the dress code issued by the exam authorities to avoid any kinds of problems.
