All About The TSBSE Class 12 Commerce Exam 2020

It is necessary for the students to familiarize yourself with the Class 12 Commerce exam 2020. Let’s have a look at it:

TSBSE Class 12 exam has three parts, namely, Part-I, II, and II. Part-I is English, Part-II is the second language and Part-III has Commerce paper - II.

Commerce Paper-II was held on 18/03/2020 (Wednesday). It is of 80 marks with 3 hours duration.

The paper has two parts, Part-A and B. Part-A is compulsory for all the students. Part-B consists of options; students can choose one out of these. 

The paper is divided into seven sections, namely, section A, B, C, D, E, F, and G with different weightage and the number of questions.  Let’s know about these sections:

Ans: The term ‘Del Credere’ is an Italian phrase. In English, this term refers ‘to guarantee.’

Del credere is an agreement by which an agent in consideration of the Del Credere commission (or additional premium), engages, when he sells goods on credit, and ensures guarantee to his principal of the solvency of the buyer.

Here, the agent (principal-agent) acts as a broker, guarantor. He has to pay the debt if it is not punctually discharged/paid by the buyer or it becomes due.

Ans: The Statement of Affairs is a document that contains the details of the organization’s assets and liabilities. It is prepared by an appointed professional during certain insolvency proceedings.
