Weeds compete with the crop plants for the food, space, air and nutrients. These make plants vulnerable to the pathogens and bacteria that lead to bad condition of crop.
Xanthium and Parthenium (carrot grass) are species of Asteraceae.These seeds are spread by water, humans, or any animals. These are also sometimes eaten up by the livestock and this leads to danger to the livestock. These also cause allergic reactions that cause asthma, eczema, running nose, swelling, puffy eyes and skin rashes.
