Hint: Vitamins are complex organic molecules. They are classified as water-soluble and fat-soluble. Vitamin B and C are water-soluble, rest are fat-soluble.

Complete answer:
Let us study all the options one by one:
(a)- Vitamin A- It is also called Retinol or bright eye vitamin. These are present in carrots.
These are soluble in oils and fats, insoluble in water, stable to heat.
They promote growth and vision in animals and increase resistance to diseases.
Sources of vitamin A are milk, butter, eggs, fish liver oil, rice, green vegetables, carrots, etc.
Deficiency of vitamin A can cause night blindness xerophthalmia and xerosis.

(b)- Vitamin C- Also known as ascorbic acid or antiscorbutic vitamin.
These are soluble in water, destroyed by cooking, and prolonged exposure to air. To avoid the loss, vegetables rich in vitamin C must be cooked in a closed pan or pressure cooker.
They are found in citrus food like lemon, orange, amla, tomatoes, etc.
Its deficiency causes scurvy and pyorrhea.

(c)- Pyridoxine- It is also known as vitamin ${{B}_{6}}$ or adermin.
They are soluble in water but are insoluble in fats or oils.
Sources of pyridoxine are rice bran, yeast, meat, fish, egg yolk, whole cereals, etc.
Its deficiency causes anemia and affects the central nervous system.

(d)- Vitamin B-complex- It is a group of vitamin which contains vitamins ${{B}_{1}},{{B}_{2}},{{B}_{6}},{{B}_{12}}$ ,biotin, folic acid, etc.
These are soluble in water.
These occur in milk, liver, cereals, etc.
So, we can conclude that only vitamin A is soluble in fat from the following.
So, the correct answer is “Option A”.

Note: Fat-soluble vitamins are oily substances. They are not readily soluble in water. These include vitamins A, D, E and K. excess intake of the fat-soluble vitamin is harmful and can cause hypervitaminosis.
