 On $13$th December $1946$, an 'Objective Resolution' was presented by Jawaharlal Nehru, laying down the underlying principles of the constitution, which later became the Preamble of the constitution. This objective resolution was accepted without any disagreement.
Now to elaborate on this, we can say that this objective resolution was the founding stone for the future constitution. Constituent assembly by taking the help of this only made the constitution in two years, eleven months and 17 days. A lot of effort was put in to frame the constitution for independent India.
