So, a girl never gets to call the home her own. To become independent and able to call a place her own if there is no one to take care of her, a girl should get a fair share of her father’s property.

Ans: Panchayat is a governing body that solves land disputes while Patwari not only keeps land records but also those of land disputes. The taxes and revenues are implied on landowners by the Panchayat while Patwari organises those revenues.
