Ans: When I grow up, I want to become a well-known pastry chef. After watching the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I discovered how much I genuinely like making delicious desserts to satisfy my sweet taste. Lemon slices were used to line the first cake I ever made. I made it in a conventional copper vessel with soil-lined walls. Since then, I've made an effort to try many cuisines while naturally favouring desserts. I'm now participating in a programme called "You are what you eat" in which I'm learning how to prepare a variety of healthy foods. So far, my parents and sister have been my supporters. My workshop instructor thinks I have a knack for using food ingredients. I want to attend the Culinary Academy of India to study.

Purpose Statement

Since I was little, cooking has always captivated me. Summer vacations were spent visiting relatives, having them around, and spending a lot of time cooking and eating because I come from a huge extended family. I would spend more time in the kitchen with my grandmother than in the toy area with my cousins, according to my mother. I think that becoming a chef has been my life's work because of my insatiable desire to eat and my insatiable thirst for creating inventive cuisine. There is no more sincere affection than a person's love of food, according to George Bernard Shaw. This is certainly true in my case, as I consider food to be more than just a meal; it is an "event." I think I need to enrol in a professional course that would enable me to learn under the guidance of industry experts to further feed my enthusiasm in the proper direction and comprehend the complexities of culinary arts. I usually cook for my family three days a week on average, and I never get bored or tired of it because I like it. I love to cook because it makes me curious, invigorates me, and motivates me to learn about the complex science of flavour and nutrition.

The things I enjoy most, though, are learning about traditional Indian cooking methods, comprehending the science of employing spices, tasting the delicate flavours of food cooked slowly, and witnessing how a small amount of salt or sugar can drastically alter the flavour of a dish.
