Hint: There is many ways by which we can prepare primary amine as per which in this we have to prepare primary amine by using reduction as we know that when reduction is take place in any reaction we have to add hydrogen atom to that reaction to make it a reduction reaction. So, let’s do the whole reaction by using a reduction process.

Complete Step by Step Solution:
As we know that when we add Nitromethane with hydrogen atom then it forms primary amine as with this as we added hydrogen atom with it also performs as a reduction reaction too.

Then by writing the whole reaction we get,
$C{H_3} - C{H_2} - NO \to O + 3{H_2}\xrightarrow{{}}C{H_3}C{H_2}N{H_2} + 2{H_2}O$

In the above equation we get that when nitromethane is reacted with a hydrogen atom then it forms primary amine. As with this it is a reduction reaction because the number of hydrogen atoms in the product form is greater than as the number of hydrogen atoms in Nitro ethane. From which it is a reduction reaction too.
As a result we say that, the correct answer by which we can form primary amine by reduction is $C{H_3} - C{H_2} - NO \to O$ .
Hence, the correct option is (A).

Note: As we form amines in this question now we know what are the uses of amines, generally amines are used to form many types of different medicines. Amines are also used to form many chemicals for the production of crops and also used in purification of water.
