JEE Main 2023 Chemistry Exam Pattern - Overview
JEE Main Chemistry is often considered the scoring & easiest section in the exam. There will be 30 Objective-type questions from its parts divided into Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry. Students are required to answer any 25 questions.

IIT JEE Chemistry Exam Details
JEE Main 2023 Chemistry will be conducted in online mode, i.e., it is a Computer-based Test.
Students will be asked 30 MCQs-based questions, out of which 25 are compulsory.
As per JEE Main 2023 Marking scheme, aspirants will be given 4 marks for every right answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. There is no negative marking for Numerical-value based questions.
Aspirants will be given a total of 3 hours duration to attempt 75 questions out of 90 questions.
