1. How many questions will be asked in each subject?
Each subject has total 30 questions:
- Section - 1: 20 Multiple choice questions with Single correct answers.
- Section - 2: 10 Numerical based questions out which only 5 needs to be attempted.
Incorrect answer will mark -1, 0 if not attempted. Total marks for each section is 100.
2. How many times can a candidate appear for JEE Mains 2023?
A candidate can appear for JEE Mains 2023 twice - once in February and then in March.
3. Can a candidate change their exam center after the submission of the application form in JEE Mains?
Candidates can change their previously selected exam cities/centers via the NTA's JEE Main 2023 correction option. The candidates will not charge any further fees for making the modifications.
