Free radicals are very high reactive and unstable molecules that are produced in the body.
As free radicals contain free or unpaired electrons due to which other elements or molecules can react with the free radical and want to create a bond between them it is firstly said to be very reactive and unstable.
When talking about the types of free radicals there are many types of free radicals which are oxygen-free radicals.
Free radicals are generated in the human body from the normal metabolic process as well as from harmful substances.
Once the free radicals are generated in the human body, the free radicals are free to go to damage.
When any free radicals receive an electron from any molecule, that molecule also becomes a free radical because it also has one electron deficiency at that time.
Most of the conclusions we take from free radicals are that they are very highly reactive and unstable, from which we say that free radicals are not good, they are bad because this causes damage to DNA and cell proteins.
Hence, it is clear that free radicals are bad.
Note: Free radicals are not only bad from their instability and high reactivity but also it is bad because it damages many types of things in our human body and other things where we give an example that it damages DNA and cell proteins and also pretends to get cancer.
