Let’s first discuss what is INMO exam paper. INMO exam full form is Indian National Mathematical Olympiad. Indian National Mathematical Olympiad is known to be a mathematics competition for high school that is held annually in our country India. It is known to be the second tier in the Indian team selection procedure for the International Mathematical Olympiad. It is conducted by the HBCSE that is Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education.
The qualifying Indian National Mathematics Olympiad gets a chance to go to a training camp at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), which is offered under the aegis of the National Board of Higher Mathematics (NBHM).
The (IMO) International Maths Olympiad is known to be one of the most prestigious examinations at the college level. Every year, six of the most talented students in mathematics represent their country among nearly 100 competing countries. These students solve a series of extremely challenging problems to fetch the coveted Gold Medal. These selected students are usually chosen through a National Level Olympiad held in respective countries. In our country India, we have the Indian National Maths Olympiad (INMO) at the national level. INMO is the gateway to the IMO. About 30 candidates are shortlisted from all over the country through this test. These candidates are then further trained at the IMOTC (International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp), and that is six from amongst them are chosen to represent India at the IMO.
INMO is quite a complicated exam. It requires a special aptitude for mathematics as well as a thorough knowledge of the subject.

About the 6 top-performing students in PRMO studying in the twelfth grade from each region are permitted to give INMO (INMO exam paper full form) Indian National Mathematical Olympiad).
INMO 2020 Exam Paper Admit Card is available from 13th January 2020, and students can download the admit card online.
The INMO 2020 Exam paper basically comprises of six problems to be solved over a time of four hours. These problems are generally in the areas of algebra, number theory, geometry, and combinatorics.
Calculus is not within the exam scope, but the students are allowed to use the calculus-based approaches to solve problems.
Stage - 1: PRMO (Pre - Regional Mathematical Olympiad), is the first step in selecting the Indian Team for Indian National Mathematical Olympiad.
Eligibility: PRMO is meant primarily for students of Class 9 to 12. As special cases, exceptionally talented students from Class 8 may be allowed to appear at the discretion of the Regional Coordinator.
Day of INMO Exam 2020: Second Sunday of October.
Time Duration: 3 hours, containing 6 subjective problems.
Stage - II: INMO (INMO Exam full form -Indian National Mathematical Olympiad)
Eligibility: Only the students based on PRMO(Regional Mathematical Olympiad) from different regions are eligible for INMO (Indian National Mathematical Olympiad). About thirty students from each area are selected according to their merit. Approximately 900 students qualify for INMO (Indian National Mathematical Olympiad).
Day of Examination: Third Sunday of January. It takes place at 28 centers across the country.
INMO Exam Duration: 4 hours.
Stage-III: IMOTC (International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp)
Eligibility: The top 35-50 performers in INMO receive a certificate of merit. They are invited to a month-long training camp (which is the junior batch) conducted in May-June. They undergo Lectures and Problem Solving sessions. Also, the International Mathematical Olympiad Training Camp awardees of the previous year that have gone through postal tuition throughout the year are invited for the second round of training again ( which is the senior batch). The selected team undergoes a rigorous training program for about 8-10 days at HBCSE before its departure for the IMO.
Stage-IV: IMO (International Mathematical Olympiad)
Eligibility: The team selected (consisting of 6 students) at the end of the camp, a "leader" and a "deputy leader," represent India at the IMO in a different member country of IMO (International Mathematical Olympiad) each year.
The month of Examination: July.
IMO consists of two written tests held on two days with a gap of at least one day.
The INMO Exam Duration: Each test is of 4.5 hours.
For PRMO
Geometry: 33%
Number Theory: 16%
Algebra: 17%
Combinatorics: 17%
Functional Equations: 17%
Students should go through the complete NCERT and NCERT Exemplar books of 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th,10th classes for geometry, collect all the results in one place, and then apply them on some good and quality problems. After that you must try unsolved problem banks and sources for them are listed below: Don’t try to jump the tougher problems by saying that you are preparing for the Olympiad, instead increase the level of problem gradually.
The following are the best-referred books for the preparation of the Maths Olympiad.
