IEO Class 11 Exam Date 2023-24

SOF IEO is open to students for Classes 1 to 12. It is conducted at two different levels. For level 11, exam is condued on three different dates. Each school may select any date for conducting the SOF IEO as per its convenience. A separate set of question papers will be provided by the SOF on each date. Change of date for conducting the SOF IEO is not permitted to schools.

SOF IEO Class 11 Level 1 Exam Date 2023-24

School may select any one of the following dates for conducting the examination as per its convenience.

Date 1 – 26th September 2023

Date 2 – 12th October 2023

Date 3 – 2nd November 2023

SOF IEO Class 11 Level 2 Exam Date 2023-24

Dates for SOF IEO level 2 exam will be announced by January 2024.
SOF IEO Level 2 exam will be held for students from classes 3rd to 12th.

SOF IEO Level 1 Exam Pattern (2023-24)

The SOF International English Olympiad Class 11 is conducted at two levels: The first level SOF IEO level 1 exam is organized in the respective schools of the participants during school hours. SOF IEO level 1 question papers are divided into 4 sections The table below shows the number of questions asked in the SOF IEO exam from each section along with its marking scheme.

SOF IEO Level 2

SOF IEO level 2 exam is conducted for students of class 3 to class 12. The students who qualify level 2 exam includes the following:

At International Level: Top 5% of candidates, class-wise, who appear in the Level 1 exam internationally.

At Zone/State Level: Top 25 rank holders from each zone and each class.

At School Level: Class topper, where minimum 10 students from a class appear in the exam, and score at least 50% qualifying marks.

Results of SOF International English Olympiad for Classes 1 to 12 are generally declared within 8 weeks of the examination. The results are sent to the schools concerned. The results are also made available on SOF IEO official website.
