Registration Process of IEO 2023-24 Examination

Only students from grades 1 to 12  who want to appear in their IEO exams must follow these procedures.

• Interested students can apply only if their school is registered with SOF. This registration will provide the school, a prospectus that contains the registration form. The coordinating In-charge teacher of the school is responsible for giving the registration forms to all the interested students.

• Schools who do not register with the SOF also get a chance to get their hands on the prospectus if they contact the SOF through phone or by email.

• The students who received the registration form are to fill the form and submit it back to the school.

• After all the students have submitted their forms to the In-charge teacher of the school, the school authority, or the In-charge teacher sends back all the forms to SOF before the due date.

• IEO exam registrations may be either sent collectively for all exams at once or separately for each exam.

IEO 2023-24 Exam Registration Fees

There is also a fee schedule for all candidates applying for the IEO exam. For Indian Schools (as well as schools in Bhutan, Nepal, and Bangladesh), students have to pay INR 125 (including GST) as the registration fee for each student. For International Schools, students have to pay USD 9 for each student. 

IEO Admit Card

For all the candidates who complete the IEO exam registration process, the admit card of IEO is issued. The Science Olympiad Foundation makes the IEO Level 1 admit card of the students available at the respective schools. The school authorities are responsible for issuing the IEO exam admit cards to the students. The admit cards issued by SOF IEO include all the important details, such as the candidate’s name, enrollment number, the exam schedule (date of examination, etc.) among others. Students must carry their admit cards to the examination hall or otherwise they will not be allowed to sit for the SOF IEO exam. The admit cards for IEO Level 2 exams usually get released in the last week of January in an online mode.

Through your school, you can register for the International English Olympiad (IEO). Only student applications on behalf of schools are accepted by the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). If your school is listed with the SOF, you can collect application forms and fill it to participate.
