उत्तर: कंदूक खल्लिका से अभिप्राय ऐसी संधि है जो जुड़े हुए भाग को सभी दिशाओं में घूमने की अनुमति देता है,एक हड्डी का गोल सिरा दूसरी हड्डी की गुहा में धंसा होता है और यह बॉल सॉकेट जॉइंट की तरह काम करता है|

उदाहरण के लिए कंधे और हाथ का जोड़|


ख) कपाल की कौन सी अस्थि अच्छी गति करती है?

उत्तर: कपाल में केवल निचला जबड़े की अस्थि,अच्छी गति करती है|


ग) हमारी कोहनी पीछे की ओर क्यों नहीं मुड़ सकती ?

उत्तर: कोहनी का जोड़ हिंदी संधि का एक उदाहरण है जो केवल गति की अनुमति देता है, वह केवल एक दिशा में गतिमान होती है  इसलिए हम अपनी कोहनी को पीछे की ओर नहीं मोड़ सकते|
