Hopscotch is a game that can be played outside the house. It is an outdoor game. Two or more players are needed to play this game. You draw boxes on the ground and number them from one to eight. Then you throw the marker (thippi) in the first box. With one leg you jump over the box into the next one. You can only put both the feet down on the boxes that are marked four-five and seven-eight. You need to be careful of your feet not touching the line of the boxes. If you step on the lines then you are out of the game. After reaching the last box you need to turn around.
