Documents Required for Counselling Round

• Class X mark sheets and pass certificates

• Class XII mark sheets and pass certificates

• Graduation mark sheets and pass certificates

• Intermediate mark sheets and provisional certificates for appearing candidates

• OBC with Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued (after April 2022) by the competent authority (for OBC candidates)

• SC/ST/PH/Pondicherry residence certificate

• Migration or transfer certificates for the candidates

• 2 recent stamp size photographs

• Soft copy of recent stamp size colour photograph in a CD

Counselling Procedure for Pondicherry University

5. You need to take the aforementioned documents for physical verification. After the document verification process, the university will return the original certificates to the candidates.

6. If the candidate does not attend the counselling on a given date and time, then their admission will be considered as cancelled.

7. Then you would be required to submit counselling fee after college is allotted.

8. The fees can be remitted online/offline at the time of admission.
