Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) will be eligible for Government/Cooperation/Government Aided/Private unaided college for the academic year 2020 only.

Domicile: Candidates must be a domicile of Maharashtra or have been staying in the state for a minimum of 10 years.
The candidate must have been born on or before December 31, 2020
The upper age limit of an aspiring candidate should be 25 years for General Category Candidates and it should be 30 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC.
It is mandatory for candidates to complete their Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from the schools/colleges located in the state to be eligible to fill Maharashtra MBBS Application Form 2020.
Open category candidates must obtain a minimum of 50% score in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English combined together.
