About AIIMS 2019 Physics Question Paper with Solutions

Recently, the Government of India decided to remove all Undergraduate and Postgraduate exams held by several top institutes/colleges for admission into MBBS and other such courses. Students preparing for important exams like AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER now have to prepare for NEET. So, those students who strategized their preparation based on the MBBS Programmes offered by AIIMS will have to align the same with NEET. Earlier, students had to study for various medical exams and each of these exams had a different syllabus or pattern of the paper and marking scheme. With NEET becoming the ultimate and the only valid nationwide medical exam for all medical colleges, the efforts towards so many exams have been decreased and concentrated to a single one but the competition has increased way more than ever. This will also impact the results down to the decimals, the cut-off marks and finally the ranking which will help students in securing their seats in the top medical colleges.

For NEET, eligibility criteria like age limit, percentile, nationality, caste category, etc., have to be noted by the students for appearing in the exam. Students have to pass their 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum percentile of 50% (general category) in all four major subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English). Unlike AIIMS MBBS (computerised), NEET is a pen and paper-based test and is convenient for students speaking languages apart from English and Hindi like Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, Tamil and Telugu. The duration of the paper is of 3 hours and comprises 200 Multiple-Choice Questions out of which must choose any 180 (720 marks).
