Who is the Chief Minister of Bihar?

The Bihar Chief Minister is acknowledged as the chief executive of Bihar. According to the Indian Constitution, the Bihar Governor is the de jure head of this state, though the authority of the de facto executive lies with the CM of Bihar. When the Bihar Legislative Assembly elections get over, the governor commonly invites the party and, at times, the coalition that has managed to get the maximum number of seats for forming the government. It is the governor who does appoint the CM and his council of ministers remains collectively liable to the assembly. When he gets the confidence to run the assembly, then the term of the chief minister remains for 5 years. Again, it remains subject to no-term limits, too.
