The Leaves Story

A small leaf once cried and sighed, as leaves frequently do when a light breeze is present.

The twig then asked, "What's up, tiny leaf?"

"The wind just informed me that one day it would yank me off and fling me down to rest on the earth," the leaf said.

It was passed from the twig to the branch on which it was growing, then from the branch to the tree. The tree rustled in response and gave the leaf a message saying, "Do not be scared; hang on hard and you shall not go until you wish to."

The leaf then ceased moaning but continued to nest and sing. Every time the tree moved and mixed up all of its leaves, the branches, the little twig, and the tiny leaf all moved and danced happily, as if nothing could ever manage it.

So, from then until October, it flourished all summer long.

And the little leaf noticed how the surrounding leaves were changing into something really lovely as the sunny days of fall arrived. Some had stripes in both yellow and scarlet, while others had all three colours.

Then it enquired as to what the tree represented. The tree then spoke,

"All of these leaves are turning gorgeous colours as they prepare to fly away out of delight."

The tiny leaf then had a strong desire to go and became extremely beautiful while considering doing so. When the leaf was particularly colourful, it saw that the tree's branches lacked colour and declared,

Why are we golden and you lead colour, branches?

"We must continue wearing our work clothes since our lives are not over; however, your clothing is for vacation because your jobs are completed."

A little gust of wind suddenly appeared, and the leaf unconsciously let go. The wind then picked it up and spun it around like a firecracker in the air before dropping it softly amid hundreds of other leaves beneath the fence where it started to dream—a dream so lovely that it may endure forever.

Flying Leaves

Flying Leaves

Summary

When the bird asked the leaf in the poem why she was sobbing, the leaf said that a small wind had warned her that one day a big wind would arrive and she would be flying and resting on the earth. The twang heard his need and sent the information to the branch, who then passed it onto the tree. The leaf was then told by the tree to "don't worry, keep strong, no one can take you until and unless you want to," at which point the leaf remained covered and relished in all the wind's dancing motion. He began by observing how lovely the remaining leaf was growing and how it was moving with the breeze. Then the tree announced that it was everyone's turn to leave and that their tasks had been completed. When one wind arrived, that leaf wandered off to enjoy the breeze.

Tips to Parents

A fascinating method of educating kids is through the reading of short stories. Therefore, parents should seek out quality reading material to provide their kids in order to foster a literary environment at home. They will do better in their academic settings as a result. The wick of the learning candle is curiosity.

Conclusion

In this we have seen how a leaf describes how a small breeze informed her that she would be flying and resting on the ground when a bird asked why and as to why she was sobbing in the poetry that we have been studying. After realising it, the thing alerted the branch of his need, and the branch twig alerted the branch of his need after realising it, and the branch then informed the tree. That leaf walked off to enjoy the air when one wind came. We also witnessed the leaf overcoming his trepidation, enjoying himself, and performing his role. Many leaves go over and become beautiful like fairy leaves.
