Karnataka NEET MBBS Counselling 2024: Your Guide to Securing a Medical Seat

The NEET UG counselling for Karnataka in the academic year 2023-24 has finished. There won't be any more rounds of counselling by KEA. If there are still empty seats for MBBS/BDS programs, updates will be posted here. KEA, the organizing body, advises candidates to regularly check the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in for any new information.

The counselling took place online and covered admission to various medical courses in both government and private colleges across Karnataka. There were two regular rounds of counselling, and if seats remained unfilled, a mop-up round was conducted. In Karnataka, KEA managed the counselling for 85% state quota and all private college seats, while the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) handled the 15% All India Quota seats. The entire counselling process aimed to fill a total of 43,451 seats, including 33,829 seats for MBBS and 9,622 seats for medical and dental colleges in the state.
