BHU MBBS Admission 2020


BHU MBBS/BDS 2020 admission will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). BHU MBBS Admission 2020: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates aspiring to take admission in BHU MBBS/BDS programs must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Indian origin students, Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), foreign nations candidates and Jammu & Kashmir candidates are eligible to apply for BHU MBBS 2020 admission.

  2. Lower Age Limit: A candidate must be at least 17 years old as on December 31, 2020.

  3. Upper Age Limit: Candidate must not be more than 25 years old as on May 5. (SC/ST/OBC candidates need to note that Relaxation of five years has been given to them).

  4. BHU MBBS 2020 admission is conducted through centralised counselling and hence no domicile criteria are needed for admission.

  5. Students must have cleared Class 12 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.

  6. The aggregate percentage to score in each subject for General students is 50% and for SC/ST/OBC candidates is 40%. 

  7. Aspirants are also required to score the minimum NEET Cutoff 2020 set by the concerned authority.

BHU Application Form 2020: Important Information

Candidates can avail BHU MBBS/BDS 2020 application form online from the second week of June. Only those candidates who qualify NEET 2020 exam with the scores mentioned above will be eligible to fill the application form. Aspiring candidates can register themselves for BHU admission after filling up the application form and entering their NEET UG roll number (given in the NEET 2020 admit card) and password. Candidates need to fill in the details like personal information, communication details, academic information and other details that are required to be furnished in the BHU MBBS Application Form 2020. All the details must be entered as per the true knowledge of candidates and the details must comply with whatever has been mentioned in NEET UG application form 2020.

A confirmation mail will be generated and sent to each candidate regarding the completion of registration once the form has been successfully submitted. Aspirants must enter their preference of the colleges and courses they want to take under centralized counselling. Candidates need to note that BHU counselling will also be centralized.

BHU MBBS/BDS 2020 merit list will be released by MCC in the last week of June. A separate list will be released for each round. This merit list will be released in the online mode.
